Raised in a family of "DIY'ers," I've always had a fascination with functionality. When something broke, I would figure out how to fix it. Since then, I've built a house from scratch, maintained 300+ rental properties, renovated rooms, and saved many people from the tedious tasks they either didn't want or know how to do.
